Business Development Executive
Job Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic & results driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with global vendors & sellers to bring new business opportunities to the organisation. You will be responsible for lead generation, building strong relationships & driving business growth for our eCommerce & digital services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our mission of helping brands succeed on Amazon, Walmart, eBay & other marketplaces worldwide.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Atleast 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role (experience in Software sales, eCommerce or digital marketing agencies is a plus)
- Strong understanding of global eCommerce platforms & seller/vendor ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build & maintain long term client relationships
- Strong analytical & problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite & online lead generation platforms
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets & goals
Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate & qualify new business leads from global vendors & sellers
- Develop & execute strategies to acquire new clients & expand business opportunities
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential & existing clients to understand their needs & offer customised solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities & competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations & pricing strategies
- Participate in client meetings, presentations & negotiations to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status & client communications using CRM systems
- Meet & exceed individual & team sales targets & KPIs
- Provide regular updates & reports to the management team on business development activities & outcomes
